What can be returned?

You may return damaged and defected product within 7 days from the day you have received the product, Items must be returned with their original tags attached.

Reasons for Return:

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect merchandise

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact us: Before returning any item, please contact Khilat customer service via email at orders@khilat.store within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
  2. Explain the problem: In your email, please explain the reason for your return and include your order number or a screenshot of your order confirmation.
  3. Return instructions: We will then provide you with further instructions on how to return your item. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item.

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets the return criteria.
  • You will receive an email notification confirming receipt of your return and informing you of the approval or rejection of your return request.

Shipping costs:

  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Items that are not in their original condition, with tags attached.
